The SFTS program helps while a family gets back on their feet

We especially seek to meet the transitional housing needs of families, single persons, elderly or handicapped persons who have temporarily become homeless due to such acute situations as job loss, foreclosure, medical expenses, etc.

We seek to serve people who can become employed and financially independent within 6 months to 1 year

We are especially interested in serving Jaffrey/Rindge residents with children so that these children will have continuity in their school experience

We honor the dignity and privacy of our clients
